RelaxLab® is a self-experience and self-discovery laboratory that, without being coaching or psychotherapy, and without being based on a certain philosophical or religious current, offers a program, designed by a multidisciplinary team of professionals, that combines both ancient and modern technologies. Its foundation is comprehensive stress management through experiences that seek to help us stabilize, heal and order the mind, emotions and body, that is to say, to return to our natural state: to the state of ONE; and the first step for this consists in the recovery of the natural process of breathing.
